Premis Alimara_40 anys.jpg703.02 KB The Affiliate Members and Public-Private Collaboration Department had the honour of participating in the gala awards ceremony of the CETT Alimara Barcelona 2025 Awards celebrating its 40th Anniversary, organized by Affiliate Member CETT. On this occasion, UN Tourism delivered the awards in the “Trough Sustainability” category.
The awards were granted to projects selected by the Jury, in which UN Tourism participated, based on criteria such as the preservation of biodiversity, the rational use of resources, benefits to the local community and the distribution of generated wealth, as well as respect for and valorisation of culture and heritage in the tourism sector over the past year.
With 40 years of history, reflecting the evolution of the tourism sector, the awards are an initiative of CETT, a university recognized for its training and research in tourism, hospitality and gastronomy, for its outstanding work and connection with the sector. CETT is affiliated with the University of Barcelona and organizes the awards together with B-Travel Tourism Fair, in collaboration with the Generalitat de Catalunya. These awards highlight the joint efforts and collaboration between academia, public administrations, and the private sector to advance towards a more sustainable, inclusive and innovative vision of tourism.
El Departamento de Miembros Afiliados y Colaboración Público-Privada tuvo el honor de participar en la celebración de la gala de entrega de los Premios CETT Alimara Barcelona 2025 en su 40 aniversario, concedidos por nuestro Miembro Afiliado CETT, entregando los galardones de la categoría Trough Sustainability.
Los premios han sido otorgados a los proyectos seleccionados por el Jurado, en el que ha participado ONU Turismo, de acuerdo con criterios como la preservación de la biodiversidad, el uso racional de los recursos, los beneficios para la sociedad local y la distribución de la riqueza generada, o el respeto y la revalorización de la cultura y el patrimonio, en el sector turístico durante el último año.
Con 40 años de historia, testimonio de la evolución del sector turístico, los galardones son una iniciativa del CETT, Centro universitario de referencia en la formación e investigación en el sector del turismo, la hotelería y la gastronomía, por su destacada labor y conexión con el sector turístico. El CETT está adscrito a la Universidad de Barcelona y organiza los premios junto con el Salón del Turismo B-Travel, en colaboración con la Generalitat de Cataluña. Con estos galardones se pone en valor el trabajo conjunto y la colaboración entre la academia, las administraciones públicas y el sector privado para avanzar hacia una visión más sostenible, inclusiva e innovadora del turismo.
